USteam is a business-to-business platform connecting content creators, affiliate teams and iGaming businesses. This notice explains how personal information submitted through our website is handled.

When you submit a partnership inquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name or business name, email address or Telegram contact, whether you represent a casino or a streamer, and the message describing the proposed collaboration. Technical service and security logs may also be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers.

We use inquiry information to receive, assess and respond to business proposals, keep a record of communications and protect the service against spam or abuse. For ordinary B2B inquiries, we generally rely on legitimate interests in responding to requests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to applicable law and your rights. Where processing is necessary to take requested steps toward an agreement, Article 6(1)(b) may apply. We do not use form submissions as automatic consent to unrelated advertising.

4. Where information is processed

Our website and submission records are hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. Submission notifications are sent using the Google Gmail API to our business inbox. These service providers may process information on our behalf under their applicable terms and safeguards. Data processing may occur outside your country, subject to applicable transfer mechanisms where required.

5. How long information is kept

We keep inquiry data only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the correspondence, potential collaboration, service security or applicable legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the nature of the inquiry and any resulting business relationship. You can request deletion or information about retention at the email address above, subject to applicable exceptions.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing.
